  • Your contact information, including name, address, and email.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location or where HorizNet operates.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

HorizNet reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this Copyright Policy.
